Customers are responsible for insuring that all hardware, operating systems, terminal server licenses, RoofPro
Installation and RoofPro updates are in place; and that installation guidelines and administrative permissions are followed. DFC Technical Support is responsible for insuring your RoofPro license operation is operating with‐in the current design specifications.

Digital Facilities Corporation RoofPro 4.3 Online Access Hosting
If your company has DFC host your RoofPro OA, DFC will provide high speed internet access, terminal server licenses, operating systems, hardware and install RoofPro upgrades as required.
