RoofPro license cost and Service Fees
What options are available to trial RoofPro?
The most common review of RoofPro is an online demonstration. A trainer
from DFC will review all the applications and answer questions. This
process usually takes an hour and can include people from several locations.

Site Trial licenses for RoofPro are not available.
What are the annual fees for RoofPro maintenance?
RoofPro maintenance is combined with tech support and is required for
the first year and billed annually based on purchase date. (Contact DFC Sales)
What is your policy on upgrades?
DFC Is currently offering no-cost upgrades with all current
maintenance agreements.
Is training required?
While every effort is made to make DFC programs user friendly, training
will allow a user to improve their comfort and efficiency using the program.
Online Training
Online training is offered either in one-on-one or small group sessions.
Sessions run for 1-2 hours depending on the client’s schedule and
are billed by the hour.
