Privacy Policy
We regard our customers' privacy as one of our most important values. We
want you to know how we protect customer information and what choices you
have about its use. We believe our Privacy Policy should give you confidence
whenever you use Digital Facilities.net -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days of the year.
Important: Digital Facilities is committed to protecting your personal
privacy. Our Five Principles of Privacy summarize and clarify our commitment:
how we safeguard your privacy, how we treat personal information, and what
choices you have. We understand that for you to take full advantage of
the benefits of this interactive medium, we must do what we can to ensure
that your privacy is secure.

We do not disclose your private online activities. Digital Facilities honors
the confidentiality of its customers' private online activities (i.e. websites
or host PC's browsed, email, and file uploads/downloads). We do not install
or deploy our own or any third-party 'spy-ware' to track your web activities.
Digital Facilities does not track nor disclose private online activities
except to comply with legal processes.

We do not disclose any information about where you personally go on Digital
Facilities.net or the web. Our system automatically gathers information
about the areas you visit on our service. We do not disclose or share any
of this data with outside companies. We do use navigational information
in the aggregate to understand how our customers as a group use the Digital
Facilities.net service so that we can make Digital Facilities.net better.
We may also share aggregate navigational information with our partners
(who are under confidentiality obligations), but in doing so we do not
disclose personal navigational information. We do not keep track of where
you go on the World Wide Web. Other web sites you visit may have their
own privacy policies or no policy at all. Once you click on a link leading
to another web site, our privacy policy no longer applies. We encourage
you to review the privacy policies of web sites before providing them with
any of your personal information.

We do not disclose your registration information (name, telephone number,
email or address, etc.) unless you specifically authorize us to do so. Digital Facilities requires new users who sign up for any service to provide
his or her desired member name, password, first name, last name, current
email address, zip/postal code, and country. Billing information, including
credit card information, will be required if you decide to purchase Digital
Facilities software or services, however credit card information is not
stored on Digital Facilities.net's web site. Additionally, access to credit
card information is restricted to employees who need this information to
perform in our customer care center.
Based on the instructions you provide us, we may communicate with you
periodically and send you Digital Facilities newsletters, notifications
about changes or enhancements that may affect your Digital Facilities
account, such as products and services. You can choose not to receive
such messages by responding to any of them and asking to be taken off
the list (unsubscribe) .
Digital Facilities has only one exception to this policy. We will release
specific information about your account to law enforcement authorities
if compelled to in order to comply with legal process.

We use secure technology, privacy protection controls, and restrictions
on employee access in order to safeguard your personal information. We use industry-standard technology to keep your personal information
and account information as secure as possible. We have also put in
place privacy protection control systems designed to ensure that your
personal data remains safe and private. Each and every Digital Facilities
employee is obligated to abide by the Digital Facilities privacy policy.
Employees who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary
action, up to and including termination of their employment and legal
action.
Only authorized Digital Facilities employees. are permitted to have
access to your personal information and such access is limited by need
to know. We encourage our partners to clearly post their own privacy
policies. Be sure to review their privacy policies and contact them
directly if you have any questions.

We will keep you informed about what we do with your personal information,
and we will advise you if we change our policy. If Digital Facilities
decides to change its privacy policy, we will inform you either by
posting a notice on the Digital Facilities “Latest News” section
on our Home page or by email communication, or both. The updated privacy
policy will always be accessible from our home page so our users are
always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under
what circumstances we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use
personally identifiable information in a manner different from that
stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by email.
Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information
in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with
the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
