President's Letter

Digital Facilities Corporation (DFC) continues our mission to serve the technology needs of a diverse user group of North American building owners, consultants, service organizations and manufacturers.

Our report card for 2010 includes over a billion s/f of managed commercial roofing using RoofPro™.   Our customers are reporting cost savings and proven payback on their DFC technology investment and are requesting the availability of additional building components.  In  2011 their requests will become a reality with the release of WallPro™ and PavePro™  adding solutions for two additional high maintenance areas of the building.

Our support philosophy remains committed to building long term relationships by servicing, and supporting customers.  However, to meet the 24/7 demands of the business cycle DFC is releasing   “Solution Center ™”  a WEB platform to support users with service agreements and a portal for information on DFC products and services.

In the past several years the challenges of doing more with less is the priority for most building managers.   Understanding this need, DFC is releasing professional featured subscription software, Site Manager - Roofing ™ for building inspectors and building owners starting at under $ 50.00/month. 

In 2011 we will be testing a new networking opportunity for licensed users.  Data Exchange™ a cross between networking and statistical surveys, Data Exchange™ will offer users the opportunity to share roofing performance statistics by CSI ® Master Format groups.
